Charlotte is excited to host SLA in their vibrant city, known as the “The Queen City”, “Crown Town,” “Buzz City,” “The QC,” and “home” for some. Their welcoming spirit has permeated our interactions with everyone we’ve contacted: the Charlotte Regional Visitors Authority (which manages the convention center), executives from Westin and Marriott hotels, the Charlotte LGBT Chamber of Commerce, and local civic and business leaders. Charlotte is committed to treating SLA members and conference attendees not as customers, but as valued partners and welcome guests.
