KPMG is currently seeking a Director, Community Enablement Hub to join our Global Collaboration & Knowledge Management organization.

  • Lead a global team of Collaboration & Knowledge (C&K) Community Enablement professionals to deliver integrated Global C&K services and work closely with functions and member firms to provide C&K programs and products that enable KPMG employees to turn knowledge into insights and value for KPMG and our clients
  • Develop the C&K Community Enablement vision and strategy; Underpin the strategy with a program roadmap that’s aligned with business needs and that can grow and develop as the community program matures
  • Lead the development of the overarching governance framework, policies, methods, tools and related resources required to establish, maintain and monitor a best-practice Community Enablement program
  • Advocate for the Community Enablement value proposition among Partners and practice professionals. Help stakeholders focus on and understand ROI. Develop a pipeline of new opportunities and oversees the delivery of C&K Community Enablement services to KPMG Functions and Member Firms
  • Liaise with other C&K program areas to ensure the smooth delivery of integrated C&K offerings to the business
  • Partner with the Platform Lead, supports conversations around selecting and acquiring tools that support community goals as well as overseeing community tool portfolio to ensure effectiveness
  • Minimum fourteen years’ of knowledge & collaboration experience; preferably from a professional services firm
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; Master’s degree in Information Sciences or Library Sciences is preferred
  • Demonstrated knowledge and expertise of digital technologies and how these are evolving with comprehensive knowledge of collaboration & knowledge, including portals, findability, enterprise collaboration technologies, content management systems and related technologies
  • Substantial practical experience of providing forward-thinking knowledge management services to a large complex business group, with demonstrable commercial awareness
  • Excellent people leadership skills, with the ability to attract, motivate, develop and lead staff at all levels within a knowledge based function to the highest standard
  • Strong knowledge of SharePoint 365 and web technologies
