I've been asked to formulate a plan for how 'Knowledge Services' (my department) might look in a few years – taking into account what we've experienced during the COVID lockdown and working remotely. Please share with me any feedback as to what your company/firm is doing with regard to knowledge or library services and how the COVID experience will change your operations. Do you even have a physical librarry any more? How will the hybrid work model affect what you do? Etc.Thank you.
