    There is still time and now is a good time! Deadline Feb. 15.

    We're looking for the excellent business librarian for 2020. Have they inspired your career? Have they changed the field of business librarianship? Have they created something of great impact?

    We invite you to nominate your business librarian hero for the BRASS Award for Excellence in Business Librarianship. This award, established in 1989 and sponsored by Mergent FTSE Russell, honors a worthy business librarian with a gift of $4,000 to express appreciation for their excellent work. Please take a little bit of time to nominate a colleague for this honor.

    See this web page for a description of the award, criteria, and previous winners  . Nomination letters should clearly state the contributions of the nominee in the field of business librarianship. They should explain the significance of these contributions and the magnitude of their influence. Self-nominations are accepted. Nominees need not be BRASS members, but service to BRASS is considered.

    To prepare to submit a nomination, you will need the following information for filling out the Google nomination form:

      *   the nominees' full name
      *   full mailing address
      *   phone number
      *   email address
      *   the nominee's position
      *   membership information (i.e. ALA division and/or sections)
      *   the nominee's resume or vita.

    Along with this form, we suggest submitting 3-5 letters of nomination. One person should be responsible for submitting all letters of nomination and resume. All letters must be uploaded at the same time.  Find the Google nomination form here
    You cannot upload some materials now and return later to upload others.

    The deadline for submission is February 15, 2020 but don't delay! Time flies!
