    We are in the process of setting up a trial with Northern Light and would appreciate some feedback and user experience with working with the vendor Northern Light and their platform SinglePoint.

    1. How would you rate their customer service?
    2. What is your experience in implementing the platform?
    3. How would you rate ease of use in producing newsletters/current awareness products?
    4. Experience with setting up domain knowledge portals for the enterprise. Well received? Ease of use?
