    1, Who Shall I Be Today: Coping with Impostor Syndrome

    You will be introduced to strategies and methods that the presenters use to identify and cope with impostor syndrome as they experience it in their daily lives. Including but not limited to creating communities of support, learning how to separate facts of inadequacy from feelings of inadequacy, acknowledging when it is helpful to feel fraudulent, and how to reward oneself when breaking through the impostor syndrome barrier.

    11. Marketing the library's services when the building is closed: Lessons from lockdowns
    Marketing is challenging for librarians during "normal" times, but it is even more challenging when we do not see our patrons in person. This situation was prevalent in libraries throughout the world during the recent coronavirus pandemic. However, it is even more needed to ensure the added expenses of providing more electronically-accessible materials. The speakers during this program will discuss their libraries' response to the unexpected pandemic and how they marketed virtual services to their clients.

    Panel: Promoting girls/women in Engineering and STEM: what role can the librarian/info pro serve?
    Organizations promoting women in STEM focus on different aspects of the development of women as scientists. Some aim to foster interest in science among young girls, others to make work climate more friendly to women, and still others to build strong networks on which women can rely. How do you fit into the equation and what efforts can you make to advance female employees in these disciplines?
