Dear colleagues,I am excited to tell you that our community session will still be live! It is on 6th Oct at 12.30-1.45 ET - before the main Conference. Our topic is Evolving Operational Excellence for Futureproof Corporate Information Services.
The aim of the session is to give you an opportunity to share your stories of success - or failure - and hear how others have met the challenges of increasing efficiency and effectiveness in corporate information services, while responding to changing client demand, technology opportunities, and resource limitations. What impact has the global pandemic had on your plans for people, technology and process, and how have you evolved your services accordingly?
Alicia Biggers, Manager of Information Services at global specialty chemicals company Albemarle, Heidi Crowe, Director of Research and Information Services at strategic commmunications firm Abernathy McGregor, John DiGilio, Firmwide Director of Information Services at Sidley Austin LLP, and Barbara Hirsh, formerly Director Info Resources & KM at NERA Economic Consulting, will all be helping facilitate your conversation, as well as sharing a few thoughts of their own. Our aim is for you to come away with some good takeaways to apply back in your (virtual) offices.
We look forward to meeting you on Zoom very soon. Please put the date & time in your pre-Conference schedule. If you haven't already registered for the Conference please do so, so that you can join us for what promises to be an interesting discussion.
