Please join the Western States Chapters for a Post-Conference Wrap-Up Session!

    This time, it's virtual - July 11th at 12pm - Register here!Virtual Post-Conference Wrap-Up 2019 banner

Traditionally, the Southern California Chapter will have an event each year after the SLA Annual Conference where members who attended can share what they learned. This year, we're partnering with other SLA chapters in the Western States and hosting the event virtually to so we can hear from some new voices and reach more ears!

A panel of informational professionals and conference attendees will share their takeaways from SLA 19 in Cleveland, from lessons learned in sessions or workshops, to news from SLA headquarters, to experiences as a first-time speaker or attendee, and more. If you couldn't make it to Cleveland, this is a great way to tap into what you missed and stay in the loop with the latest in the information profession.

We'll open for questions once the panelists present. You can also submit questions in advance -- just email them to rays@metro.net and we'll make sure to address them in the session.

And if you attended the conference and want to be a panelist, we'd love to have you! Send a message to rays@metro.net.

We hope you'll join us at 12pm PST on July 11th. Here's that registration link again: https://register.gotowebinar.com/register/7958194093352798989

Shelly, great job setting this up and making all the arrangements.  Did you also post to open forum and/or the other six Western States?

Thanks, Bill! I sent the invite to the people on the original list I used for the call for panelists, so they have the content to send to their units. I also sent it to the San Diego Chapter, and plan to post to Open Forum as well.
