Please join SLA Southern California on a docent-led tour of the Italian American Museum of Los Angeles (IAMLA) on Sunday, June 12. The museum is located in the historic Italian Hall by Olvera Street and "presents the Southern California Italian American experience with an emphasis on Los Angeles, a story that is inextricably linked to the region itself and represents a unique chapter of the Italian American Diaspora."
All are welcome on the tour, including non-SLA members, and we are asking that each attendee provide a minimum cash donation of $5.00/person to be collected prior to the start of the tour.
Please RSVP to dcappoli@ucla.edu by June 8 with the number of attendees in your party so that we let IAMLA know how many of us to expect.
