Virtual reality, artificial intelligence, makerspaces, data management--librarians are well-positioned to step into leadership roles in these and many other novel areas of innovation. The Leadership & Management Symposium Planning Committee for MLA | SLA '23 is planning a roundtable session and would greatly appreciate your input regarding areas of innovation you currently support or plan to support in the coming years. We invite you to join us at the conference on Friday, May 19 from 1:00-2:30pm for roundtable conversations to share with your colleagues how you are leveraging your skills and your teams to lead innovation initiatives within (and outside) your organizations.
