Ends:  Jul 3, 2022 17:00 (ET)
The 22nd Allied Media Conference will convene both online and in Detroit from June 30th – July 3rd, 2022. The conference explores emerging futures at the intersection of art, technology, education, media, and visionary resistance/organizing. It features hands-on workshops, meet-ups for community-building, and epic sessions of strategizing and dreaming. The AMC also includes a 4-night festival (AMC@NIGHT) of performance art, film, food, and life-changing dance parties.

Radical Libraries, Archives, and Museums (RadLAM) Network Gathering
[from the 2020 conference]
This network gathering will bring together BIPOC (Black, Indigenous & People of Color) who preserve, protect, and facilitate access to intergenerational knowledge, memory, and culture. This includes librarians, archivists, museum curators, oral historians, artists, healers, and community workers — regardless of professional credentials. We will share skills and stories, expand our vision of cultural stewardship, and explore the nature of exclusion in libraries, archives, and museums. Centered in a healing justice, anti-oppression and decolonization framework, we will create space to unpack and express the intersections of our lived experiences.
