Dr. Sistek-Chandler received her doctorate in Educational Technology in 2007 and is a pioneer in online learning (teaching online since 1999). Cynthia is an award winning educator, recently the 2020 EdTech Digest Higher Education Technology Leader of the Year, ISTE and CUE Making IT Happen (2019), and CUE's coveted Gold and Platinum Disk for her contributions to the educational technology community.
