    DESCRIPTION

    JOB PURPOSE:
    The HR Analytics team strives to innovate and drive data results that help ensure Piedmont Healthcare continues to be the best place to work. The team utilizes various tools including Tableau, Oracle Peoplesoft, and advanced Excel to provide dashboards and recurring functional reporting. The HR data analyst is involved in the basics of data-driven HR in the organization – including ad hoc reports and dashboarding. Provides in-depth review, analysis, support and development of reports to support the internal business processes of our customers. Performs a variety of day-to-day HR Analytics functions, ensuring data integrity and the accurate processing and reporting of HR data. Works independently under general direction.

    REQUIREMENTS

    MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or other related field.
    MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
    One (1) year experience in data analytics, preferably in Human Resources. Strong analytical skills and database management are essential.
    MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:
    None.
    ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
    Experience working in healthcare preferred.
    Experience with PeopleSoft HCM preferred.
