    Subject: Registration Now Open for Joint Spring Conference!

    We're excited to announce that registration for the 2022 KLA/SLA Joint Spring Conference is now open! The conference will take place in person at General Butler State Resort Park on April 6th - 8th. Register now at https://kla.memberclicks.net/2022jsc. You will have to sign up for the site, but that part is free.  One-day rates and student rates are available!

    Breakfast and lunch on Thursday and breakfast on Friday, plus a morning snack on Thursday and hors d'oeuvres at the Wednesday and Thursday evening socials are all included with registration!

    Top Five Things To Do 1. Hike the Butler Lake Trail to explore CCC structures and native aquatic wildlife. 2. View the Overlook at sunset to see the confluence of Ky and Oh rivers. 3. Overnight in a cottage, lodge room, or campsite. 4. Tour the Butler Turpin State Historic House.

    Call to make reservations for lodge rooms or cabins, 502-732-4384.  Be sure to mention Kentucky Library Association Conference in order to receive the conference rates.  Hurry!  These will fill up quickly (I've already reserved my cabin!).

    Don't forget to also submit your proposal for a presentation, panel, lightning talk, or poster related to this year's theme: "Resilient Librarians: Surviving to Thriving."  Topic ideas, proposal guidelines, and the proposal submission form can all be found here. Please consider sharing your knowledge, ideas, and experiences with your regional colleagues; there is no conference without your contributions!
