We've been asked to find information regarding what staffing companies are doing as it relates to IT professionals that they place with clients, especially any staffing industry labor standards. The underlying issue is whether IT professionals qualify for an exemption under the overtime provisions of the FLSA.
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. We are looking at the standard legal research materials (Lexis, Westlaw, PLC, etc.), but now are looking for where we might find some of the industry information.
