Our conflicts/intake team is housed within our Information Center. Research and information governance skills are transferrable to a position like this. The Conflicts Counsel is responsible for daily review, analysis, and resolution of conflicts and other issues related to Firm acceptance of new clients, new matters, and lateral attorneys, and interfaces with the Firm's conflicts team regarding approval of new matters and lateral attorney hiring. The Conflicts Counsel will report to Firm General Counsel and will accept additional assignments from Firm General Counsel and Associate General Counsel.
