Hello all, the SLA Engineering Community is excited to offer their monthly event next week April 12, 12-1PM EST, featuring three great SLA/MLA volunteers listed below to take a look at SLA/MLA Annual 2023! This will cover the conference at large as well as a joint session with the Legal Community:
Going to conference is one of my favorite things about being an SLA member, so to get folks as excited about conference as I am, we'll hear from Andy Shimp on the conference from an SLA planning perspective, from Ramune Kubilius from an MLA planning perspective, and from Beth Callahan who will share what great things we can expect to see in Detroit! I'll also share the slate of Engineering Education and Community Sessions we have planned in conjunction with other communities like Sci-Tech, Legal, and Transportation.
This will be an opportunity to learn about the conference, what might be different from past years, what to look forward to, and for a chance to connect with those who might be attending! We hope to see you there!
While this is offered by the Engineering Community, conference attendees from all communities will walk away with great info to inform their conference attendance!
