    Please join us on Thursday, October 27th for the next Professional Development event sponsored by SLA's Leadership and Management
    Division. Our topic will be Journal Retractions. We will learn how the basic process of journal retraction works and how best to help our customers researchers handle retractions in the modern information landsc
    In order to get multiple perspectives on this issue and hear from professionals involved in different parts of the process, we have arrange a panel presentation.

    Our presenters will be:

    • Mohit Garg (a research expert from the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi)
    • Patrick Franzen (the Director of Publications and Platform at SPIE
    • A representative from the Third Iron Company (which provides research solutions to facilitate full text access for researchers)
