DMIL Election 2020: Call for Nominees
We are currently seeking volunteers to run for the following DMIL elected positions:
1. DMIL Chair Elect 2021
The DMIL Chair Elect on-boards in 2021 by assisting and observing the DMIL Chair 2021.
In 2022, the DMIL Chair Elect becomes the DMIL Chair.
In 2023, this officer becomes the DMIL Past Chair. At that point, you offer advice and send out calls for nominees for elections.
2. Director – Military Libraries Training Workshop (MLTW) 2021
This officer chairs the MLTW 2021 Planning Committee.
Please note: someone was elected to this position last year but has had to step away from the position. That is why we are having another election for this office.
3. Director – Conference Planner 2021
This officer plans DMIL sessions at SLA Annual.
4. Treasurer
Please note: the Treasurer will not be responsible for managing monies, but will coordinate funding requests with SLA HQ and track DMIL expenses.
