3. Military Libraries Community Reception: Cocktails and Story Time

Date: Friday, 13 August

Time: 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM EDT

Description: Back by popular demand. Please join the Military Librarians as we pair our favorite drinks with our favorite reads. Like hefeweizen and "Faust?" A manhattan with the "Great Gatsby" your go-to? Whether it is sazerac and "A Confederacy of Dunces" or cognac with Cyrano de Bergerac, please join us for our annual SLA get together. If you don't drink, Darjeeling with Agatha Christie or lemonade with Pollyanna works, too. Feel free to share why you choose your drink with your book or just join us to say hello.
