I would like to be part of the Military Libraries Community Board because I believe I can bring a different perspective as both a former public librarian, leader of one of the Army's most recognized MWR Libraries, and a professional who believes in being involved in the profession through presentations, writing and other forms of engagement. My experience as a programmer and architect of large, scale, crowd pleasing events makes me ideally suited to assist MLC with its objectives related to professional development.

A career librarian with years serving diverse populations, his work has appeared in industry standards such as Library Journal and American Libraries. He speaks at conferences and to private groups.
