    Hi Everyone -

I just wanted to send an e-mail to invite you and your staffs to the Department of the Interior Library on Tuesday, February 11th from 2:00 to 3:00 pm ET for a free training session entitled "Introduction to HeinOnline," part of our series of free training sessions at the DOI Library.

HeinOnline is a premiere online product with more than 170 million pages of legal history available in an online, fully searchable, image-based format. HeinOnline bridges the gap in legal history by providing comprehensive coverage from inception of more than 2,700 law and law-related periodicals. In addition, it contains complete access to the Congressional Record; the Federal Register; the Code of Federal Regulations; and U.S. Federal Agency Documents (including Interior Department administrative materials). HeinOnline provides exact page images of documents in PDF format just as they appeared in the original print material. This means that all charts, graphs, tables, pictures, handwritten notes, photographs, and footnotes appear where they belong. All documents and metadata are also fully searchable. A William S. Hein & Co., Inc. trainer (joining us via webinar) will examine the resources available on HeinOnline and how to best search for the specific documents that you may need.

All that are interested are invited. Please note that the DOI Library is located in Room 1151 of the Stewart Lee Udall Department of the Interior Building, just off the C Street entrance lobby. The Stewart Lee Udall Department of the Interior Building is located at 1849 C Street, NW in Washington, DC. Space for the program in the Library is limited so please go to the following link to register:

We do prefer that you attend in person here at the DOI Library if you can. However, please note that this class is also being offered as a simultaneous online webinar for those that can't attend in person. When you register, please indicate the name of the program you wish to attend and if you need information about webinar access.
