    Here is a list of the posted responsibilities:
     
    • The librarian serves as a search analyst, reference librarian, bibliometric analyst, and instructor on library resources and research methods.
     
    • Applies theories, objectives, principles, and techniques of librarianship to select organize, preserve, access and disseminate information.
     
    • Provide research services in response to requests for information on basic science and technology.
     
    • Collects, tracks and analyzes research impact data using various resources and bibliometric methods to report the impact of AFOSR-funded research.
     
    • Impact data is investigated for analysis, use and emerging applications.
     
    • Generates summaries and reports on AFOSR data science activities.
     
    • Responds to external and internal requests for information related to issues requiring in-depth knowledge of their context, and for information that is difficult to find.
