Colleagues, Would anybody be interested in a Military Libraries Community (MLC) Team participation in the ProQuest Trivia Night?   Need 8 people...or even 16.... Team 1 Going for the Win   Team 2 Just for fun

I'm sure that the ProQuest folks could fit you in.  Fun time even if there isn't a full MLC Team (of either kind).   I'm considering a "Just for Fun" Group. Please see info below. Sign up deadline is Dec 2, 2020.  We'll be playing for a charity - to be determined by winners.

"Subject: December 16 Trivia Night with ProQuest

ProQuest is hosting a trivia night online on Wednesday, December 16 from 4:00 - 5:30 pm EDT and I would like to form at least 1 team of 8 from our Community. If you're interested in participating, send me an email at

Let me know if you want to be on the "just for fun" team or the "we're out to win" team... if we only have one team, I want everyone to know how their colleagues feel about the goal...

If our team gets the most points, ProQuest will make a $500 donation in our team members' names to a literacy-themed charity such as NAACP, ALA Spectrum Scholarship Fund, Doctors without Borders, or, our choice of Literacy Charity. First, second- and third-place teams get swag.

Let me know by Tuesday, December 2 if you're interested in playing.  Alternative sign up:  You can go to ProQuest site directly if you'd prefer:

I signed up. But my trivia knowledge is more sci-tech than literary.
