Colleagues,  Worth your time regardless of your type of Library or Info Center.  This is a good opportunity - provided by the Law Library of Congress, for the following webinar described below:

    • Congress.gov Webinar

      Thursday, April 21, 2-3 p.m. ET

This orientation is designed to give a basic overview of Congress.gov. While the focus of the session will be searching legislation and the Congressional member information attached to the legislation, the new features of Congress.gov will be highlighted.

       Register for this event.

Colleagues,    I was very disappointed that the Law Library of Congress webinar did not come off as scheduled.  Also there was some info about rescheduling that seems to be a problem.  This still seems to be a webinar worth your time even if you only get a few requests for Congressional materials a year.  Good for you to know!

When I see a firm date and registration info, I will send it again.  If you signed up you may have already received several messages, some of them a bit confusing.  I'm sure it will be worked out.

           Sorry for the frustrating confusion.

    Sharon
