De-Cluttering Your Book Shelves

Colleagues, De-Cluttering Your Personal Book Shelves (or stacks, piles as the case may be) - Not the same as weeding!

Since I found out that Goodwill is accepting donations during this Stay at Home, I have gradually been going through "stuff."  Now I've gotten around to books.  I am a bit reluctant to provide my precious books to Goodwill and really would like to provide them to my local library's Friends Group Book Sale.

The problem is:  Where to store them until I can donate to my Library Friends Group.  And what am I going to put them in….boxes from COSTCO or local liquor store come to mind.

The next challenge is how to decide what "isn't giving me joy" anymore.  That's one of the standards for de-cluttering.  Luckily I came across a blog, The Booklist Queen.   Here are two articles from the blog:

Hope you are carrying on during these times.
