Cannot locate a government contract

    Hello colleagues!
    Once again I ask for your assistance. I have a contract number, however I cannot locate any information about it. Does that mean it's restricted? This is the verbiage from patent US 8,539,775 B1.
    "This invention was made with Government support under W911W6-08-2-0001 awarded by the U.S. Army. The Government has certain rights in the invention."
