This event is open to all library personnel across the Department of Defense, including Army, Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps, and all DOD agencies and activities, as well as those in related or overlapping fields (archives, history, education, knowledge management, etc.) at all levels. It is open to military, civilian, contractor, and local national personnel worldwide.
