    Colleagues,  Once again this news if directly from Tom Rink's A&E News.  Why reinvent the wheel....

    Really,  Lots of important and interesting information affecting the future of SLA,  some great training opportunities, plus a Leadership Listening session on May 9th.


    FLASH!  The new Association Management Company has been announced!  AH Association Headquarters will be the new company assisting SLA.  The transition has begun and the anticipated completion date of this transition is July 1, 2023.  Read the full announcement here.

    Leadership Training
    The recording from the latest leadership training session on Governance (from 4/19/2023) is now available.  You may access the recording here.   The handout (Didi Pancake's Ruling the Roost with General Robert,") from this session is attached.

    Here is the current issue (April 26, 2023)

    There will be a "listening session" on Tuesday, May 9th, at 12pm ET/11am CT/10am MT/9am PT/9:30 pm India Time, to give you a space to discuss challenges, successes, procedures, etc. and ask questions and share ideas/solutions with your peers. Heather, Kendra, James, and Christine are also looking forward to any feedback on these sessions, including if there are topics you'd like to see in the future. Register here

    For those of you attending the conference in a few short weeks, re: the full conference schedule will be available in the Online Planner live on May 1 (Monday). The publishing date of the digital version of the official program has not yet been determined.   The Conference App will go "live" on Thursday, May 11.
