  • 1.  SLA Name Change Vote

    I never received the initial five-option survey at my email of record. The follow-up email with two choices  was mailed to my gmail account after I realized I didn't get last week's survey. How many others have survey monkey blocked on our work email servers? I don't like either of these names but I guess it is too late.  What was the thinking behind not providing an option to keep the SLA name?

    I also did not receive the email survey.  I emailed HQ last week and have not had a response.  I receive all SLA emails at my work email.
