    Gloria Anzaldúa, was a self described Feminist Visionary Spiritual activist poet-philosopher fiction writer.  As a cultural theorist, she played a major role in shaping contemporary Chicano/a and lesbian/queer theories and identities.  Her writing played a vital role in developing an inclusive, multicultural feminist movement.

    AnaLouise Keating is a professor of women's studies at Texas Woman's University and primarily focuses on transformation studies, U.S. women-of-color theories, Gloria Anzaldúa and pedagogy.

    Jason Baumann is the Susan and Douglas Dillon Associate Director for Collection Development and Coordinator of LGBTQ Collections for the New York Public Library.
