Are you a new information professional and curious about this department? Join us for a panel discussion of the Technical Services department. Our panelists will review their careers in Technical Services, talk about their experiences during the pandemic and more!

    Moderator:
    Eva HarrisSenior Global Electronic Resources Manager at Skadden, Arps, manages the firm's Research & Knowledge Services and oversees all electronic resources and technical service activities.

    Panelists:
    • Greg FergusonHead of Resource Management at New York University Libraries, manages acquisitions of collection materials and maintenance of the Libraries' electronic resources.  
    • Marijah Sroczynski is the Research Services Operations Manager at Morrison & Foerster, Technology Co-Chair for LLAGNY and the web coordinator for the Technical Services Special Interest Section of AALL.
    • Michael SantangeloDeputy Director for Collection Management at BookOps, the shared technical services department that serves both the New York Public Library and the Brooklyn Public Library.
