    Hi there,

    (APLIC –  Association of Population & Family Planning Libraries and Information Centers) is hosting a tour and training session at the UN Library on November 30th. There are still a few seats available! Please see below for details:



    The United Nations Dag Hammarskjöld Library provides research and information to support the work of United Nations Member States. The Library also aids in the dissemination of UN information to a wider public audience through online services and a global depository library network.

    Join APLIC librarians and information professionals for a tour and training at the United Nations Dag Hammarskjöld Library. Our Friday field trip will include a tour and talk about the Library's operations and unique collections, and training on a wide range of information resources.

    10:00 AM: Meet to enter United Nations

    10:30 – 11:00 AM: Library tour and talk

    11:00 AM – 12:30 PM: Training on information databases with focus on population resources

    12:30 – 2:00 PM: No-host lunch at Patsy's Pizza


    Limited availability. There is no fee to attend the tour and training, but registration is required.
