It's another Fun Friday Surveys!  Every Friday for the next few weeks SLA NY will send a short (less than 10 questions) to you, the NY membership. By Wednesday we will share some of the best results. At the end of the whole run we will send all of results.
Get your votes in before Wednesday.
For obvious reasons this has not been a great year for travel, but that doesn't stop us reminiscing about our memorable pre-pandemic vacations or making plans to visit bucket list destinations in the future.   Share with us your travel tips, your most memorable journeys, your recommendations for places to visit and help transport us all to our ideal place to unwind.
    Enjoy!  Link to survey here

Thank you to all Fun Friday Survey takers!

So a few of us had some Travel ideas to share...
Besides the a new city being the driver of our vacation planning, folks find the most memorable aspects about their travels are incredible views.

Vacation reads are all over, so as many genre's there are, there are readers.  Something we should have guessed.  Glad to see work emails not be at the top of the list.  A great write in to this was... I always enjoy reading a book about the place I'm visiting - not a guidebook though, it needs to be a novel, memoir, or history. I just love seeing how the place I'm discovering have been described.

And ideally the place to shelter in place... is something along these lines,a big house somewhere scenic with a few close friends / family members.
We hope many of us have this ideal set up now.

Thanks to Victoria North for putting the survey Travel questions together.
Thanks for playing along.  The next one comes out this Friday and is on something we can't live without Food!  Emma Davidson supplies our upcoming Survey.

    All the best,
    SLA NY Events Committee
