Description

Celebrate African American History month with SLA-NY. Explore the literary legacy of Toni Morrison at a screening of the documentary film Toni Morrison: Pieces I Am, about the acclaimed novelist and champion for the arts who passed away August 5, 2019.
 
Light snacks and drinks will be provided at both screenings.

Date/time: The film is 2 hours.  
  • Friday, Feb. 28, Room 320A.  Film will start at 6:30 p.m. 
  • Sunday, March 1, Room 320A. Repeat showing starts at 2:30 p.m.  

Location: William & Anita Newman Library at Baruch College, 151 E. 25th St.  Between Lexington and Third Avenues on the north side of  East 25th Street.  Link to Directions.

Cost: These screening events are Free.

Please register in advance, space is limited to the first 35 who register for each showing.  The screening is open to all folks who register to attend (until available seats last).
