    PharmIntell is currently recruiting for multiple full-time and part-time information professional positions. PharmIntell information professionals support our client companies in the pharmaceutical, biomedical, consumer healthcare products, and medical device industries with the following library and information services:

    • Reference services and document delivery
    • Literature searches in support of pharmacovigilance, regulatory filings, case processing, aggregate reports, ad hoc requests and systematic literature reviews
    • Competitive intelligence activities, including pipeline searching and environmental/market scans
    • Newsletters & literature monitoring/alerts
    • Library website administration (e.g. LibGuides, TDNet, other platforms)
    • Taxonomy administration
    • Digital resource collection management and support (e.g. online databases, books and journals)
    • Performance metrics and reporting on service and resource utilization
    • Engaging stakeholders to advocate client needs for library services
    • Connecting Vendors with client stakeholders for product evaluation
    • Creating, conducting and/or coordinating training & outreach programs for end users
    • Serving as subject matter experts on copyright policy


    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Master's Degree in library or information science from an ALA-accredited institution
    • Library or information center work experience, preferably in the biomedical/pharma/healthcare sector
    • Familiarity with medical and scientific terminology; Familiarity with controlled vocabularies (e.g. MESH/EMTREE).
    • Demonstrated experience with literature searching using multiple search platforms. The ability to develop and structure a search to best address the clients' needs, from a comprehensive systematic review to a few good articles, is required.  
    • Experience with industry-relevant research & discovery platforms (e.g. Ovid, ProQuest,, PubMed, Scopus, Web of Science, Citeline, Adis R&D Insight, Cortellis suite, Micromedex, Informa PharmaIntelligence, GlobalData, DataMonitor, DecisionResources, etc.)
    • Experience with tools and technologies for information processing (e.g. Endnote, Reference Manager, DistillerSR, QUOSA, BizInt SmartCharts)
    • Experience with standard office applications (e.g. Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
    • Experience with virtual conferencing platforms (MS Teams, Zoom, Webex, Skype/SFB)
    • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines from multiple clients
    • Demonstrated attention to detail and high standards for work quality
    • Strong oral/written communication and interpersonal skills

    Position Location:

    All positions are remote/work from home. Preference given to applicants in states where PharmIntell is currently registered to do business: NJ, MA, PA, NC, OH, MN, FL, CA, WA

    Compensation and Benefits:

    • Competitive salaries (FT) / wages (PT), commensurate with experience and aligned with corporate norms
