    Thank you for participating in the survey that we sent out recently. Based on the results of the survey, we are putting on a conference call to discuss the survey results.     Thanks Candace for the updated information regarding the forthcoming meeting info, and thanks Mindy for the *interim* results 😉

    We were on holiday last week outside the country. Is the survey still open for responses?
