    •  part of the organization's records management function responsible for developing and implementing the records management program for R&D, which will include the standards, tools, processes and systems necessary to ensure records management compliance
    • Prefer at least 3 years of biotech/pharmaceutical experience, specifically in the areas of interpreting regulations, guidelines and policies to create a meaningful monitoring and compliance framework in records & information management with progressively increasing responsibilities.

    Conducts advanced technical searches by identifying, analyzing, synthesizing, and delivering published literature and data to Medical Affairs, R&D, Clinical, Corporate Strategy or Commercial functions. Must be both a generalist online searcher with excellent skills in searching diverse subject areas including medicine, biology, basic chemistry, and business as well as specialized expertise for the therapeutic areas, departments or functions supported.

    Provides consultative expertise and guidance to journal editors and administrators, on the configuration and use of online submission systems, and advising on the functions and capabilities of Wiley's Electronic Editorial Office (EEO) systems. You will decide which editorial system is best for a particular journal, take a leading role in setting up new journal sites, and collaborate in determining which features and capabilities should be implemented across Wiley's portfolio of journals.

    Previous experience in a similar role in a publishing organisation... is useful, but not essential. In fact, we'd value a fresh perspective gained in a completely different context - perhaps in a role outside the publishing world, which involves business process analysis, technical solutions consulting or similar.

    The successful candidate will work with CSHL researchers to provide expert guidance on research data management and preservation, dissemination and reuse, expert searching, and other information-related to the areas of research at CSHL. The responsibilities of this position include: serving as liaison to our research laboratories by forging relationships with faculty, students, and staff; creating innovative information resources that respond to trends in scientific research; and assisting with data management needs at CSHL. The candidate will also help manage the CSHL Institutional Repository and assist in grant writing for Library and Archives special projects.

As a medical center liaison, the librarian will work closely with designated departments at WFBH to further integrate information literacy. Three years' experience in an academic or medical library and two years' experience with systematic reviews.
