  • 1.  35th Anniversary Meeting Registration Open

    Hi PHT Community,

    Registration is finally open for our meeting this fall in Philadelphia on October 9-11!  The full details that we are presenting at this time about the meeting can be found at: https://connect.sla.org/pht/2022-pht-meeting.

    SLA HQ is handling the registration process for us; please visit this link on the SLA site to register: https://hq.sla.org/cvweb_sla/cgi-bin/eventsdll.dll/EventInfo?sessionaltcd=PHT102022.  Fees are $400 for members, $450 for non-members, and $200 for students/unemployed.

    At this time, we have confirmed our keynote speaker, and have a preview of the kinds of sessions we are planning:

    • Keynote: Doug Long, Vice President of Industry Relations at IQVIA, will be giving a talk titled "The US Pharmaceutical Market: Trends, Issues, and Outlook"
    • Some of the things we'll be discussing at this year's meeting:
      • A panel discussion on use cases for AI and Machine Learning
      • Trends in Pharma Libraries
      • Hybrid Work Experience

    Hi Bridget,

    Some of us were OOO last week and we're just catching up. Can you tell me if you have all presentation slots filled or you are still looking for topics and presenters?  Also, is a poster session being planned? We talked about having a poster session before but I think space was limited at the other hotel. Is there room to do it at this hotel?
