President: Diane Webb
Diane Webb is a co-founder and President of BizInt Solutions, Inc., which develops, markets and supports the BizInt Smart Charts product family. BizInt has been a sponsor and exhibitor at PHT and SLA meetings since 1997. Diane was Production Editor of the PHT newsletter CapLits from 2003-2007 and received the Distinguished Member award in 2004. She produced the PHT Spring Meeting books from 2008 to 2014, and the PHT/SLA program booklet from 2006 to 2013. Diane served on numerous PHT planning committees and on the PHT program committee in 2021 and 2022. She received the PHT Hall of PHame Award at the 2022 PHT meeting "for her dedication to PHT as longtime financial sponsor, publication pro, programming volunteer, and overall sustaining member." Outside of work, Diane trains and competes with her longhaired dachshunds (who also appear in BizInt marketing materials.)
Secretary: Phyllis Minicuci
Phyllis Minicuci is the Associate Director of Library Services, part of the Managed Knowledge Services group for Copyright Clearance Center. She has been in her current role supporting the information needs of Janssen Research & Development, LLC staff for almost 5 years and is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Janssen R&D Library including digital resource collection management, end-user training and support, marketing library services, and maintaining the JRD eLibrary portal.
Previously, Phyllis was Associate Director of Scientific Information Resources for Bristol Myers-Squibb where she was responsible for satellite library operations in their New Brunswick, Syracuse, Buffalo, and Hopewell locations. While taking time away from her pharma career to raise her children, her skills were put to work as a librarian in a K-8 setting where she developed an information literacy and technology curriculum and taught for 14 years. Just prior to joining CCC, Phyllis coordinated the White House Office of National Drug Control Policy (ONDCP) Drug Free Communities Support Program as well as the Opiate Overdose Prevention Program for Prevention is Key in northern NJ. Always a special librarian at heart, though, Phyllis is thrilled to be back to her roots in the pharmaceutical industry.
Phyllis has a BS in Biology from the Rochester Institute of Technology and an MLS from Rutgers University. She resides in Hunterdon County, NJ where she enjoys gardening, fine cooking, and raising koi.
