HORIZON AWARD

The Horizon Award (also known as the New Member Award) honors a PHT Community member of five (5) years or fewer who has shown promise of becoming an outstanding member of the profession. This award represents an evaluation of an individual’s work and participation in professional and division activities. Particular attention should be given to involvement and contributions to the PHT Community.

DISTINGUISHED MEMBER AWARD

HALL OF PHAME AWARD 

Created in 2020, the Hall of PHame Award honors a PHT Community member for their significant and substantial contributions to the Community and the profession. This award is the highest honor bestowed upon PHT membership, representing their illustrious leadership and exemplary service that has directly influenced the success of PHT.

Nominations

To nominate an appropriate individual for a Horizon, Distinguished Member, or Hall of PHame Award, please complete the PHT Award Nominations Form and return it the Awards Committee Chair, Tony Landolt via e-mail (tlandolt@reprintsdesk.com)

• Self-nominations for all awards will be accepted.
• Current Executive Board members and Award committee members are ineligible for nomination.
• Nominations do not carry over from one year to the next.
• This is a confidential process, so please do not inform either the nominee or your Community colleagues that you have submitted a name. After the Committee’s deliberations, all documents are destroyed except those needed for preparing publicity releases.
• Any member of the PHT Community can nominate a person for an award.
