The Southwestern College Library is seeking applicants for an adjunct pool of qualified Librarians.
The primary duties are to provide research assistance at a Reference Desk at any of the four SWC Library locations in Chula Vista, National City, Otay Mesa, or San Ysidro. Other duties may include Library instruction, online reference, and special projects.
Knowledge & Abilities: Education & Experience: Minimum Qualifications (Faculty and Academic Administrator Positions Only)
Master’s in library science, or library and information science, OR the equivalent.

$48.75 to $53.49 per hour.
Finalized Salary Placement is based on units beyond a bachelor’s degree with a master’s degree conferred.

Working hours may vary depending on the needs of the department.

Transcripts issued outside the United States of America require a course-by-course analysis with an equivalency statement from a certified transcript evaluation service verifying the degree equivalency to that of an accredited institution within the USA.
