  • Networking – Membership in SLA provides opportunities to network with other information professionals in your community and in your field. You can also take your membership a step further and volunteer in a leadership position in our chapter, or one of SLA’s many committees. Working alongside colleagues from around the world enables you to build a strong network based on shared initiatives and experiences.
