It has just been announced that the thesaurus management software company/product MultiTes (sorry typo in the subject line, which I cannot change) is up for sale, in case anyone wants to get into the business of selling thesaurus management software.

MultiTes (https://multites.net/) is thesaurus standards ANSI/NISO Z39.19-compliant, and also supports creating custom semantic relationships. I have a license and have used it off and on since perhaps 1996. The main problem is that it is not fully SKOS compliant, since it was developed long before SKOS emerged as a data model. (Maybe with enough development work that can be changed?)
By the way, the reason the company is for sale, is not due to any problems with its business, but due to the untimely death of its developer-owner.
